一般空运渠道:有抛重计算法
仓库会取包裹的体积重与实重作比较
取两者间较大的数目为运费计算
体积重计算法:
(长x宽x高)/6000= 体积重

特价免抛空运渠道:不看体积重,实重收费
*包裹单件不超过130cm即可,超长无法上机
*如需木架请让卖家打好,我司仓库没有木架服务

亲们请知晓
*需要空运的木制品必须是经过加工的,木架也必须是熏过的木架

建议:
由于系统没有显示包裹入仓体积, 如需知晓包裹体积,
可在卖家发货前联系卖家索取包裹体积。
如果包裹含有体积或者多个包裹同在一个运单内,
建议可选特价免抛渠道发货,避免可能会有拋重问题。

特别备注:
包裹一旦有了运费就无法重新提交, 请谨慎下单。
1. 当天下单当天发货吗?
1530点前下的单,如无意外都会在当天16:30 - 17:00 间上传运费
1730点前付款的当天发货,1730点后付款的第二天发货,周六休息。
*海运如无意外会在每周二&周四出货,亲请尽量在提早至少一天的16点前下单。

操作打包之后会把重量更新到系统,会员可以在自己的运单管理看到重量、渠道。
*如系统内有足够余额 并且 有开启自动支付国际运费功能,系统会自动扣费出货。
*若是有了运费才充值,亲需要手动付款出货。


2. 多久能知道内地包裹重量?
亲在“商品订单”内新增包裹>保存&提交后,
等待包裹到库,亲都可以在“商品订单”内查到相应的重量。(重量误差±0.1kg)
当天3点之后签收的包裹通常需要第二天才更新包裹重量信息;原因可能包裹量太大,耽误打包包裹时效。
*部分包裹物流在早上/中午更新显示已签收,实际上大部分内地快递都会在傍晚才派送,这种情况通常需要第二天才能更新。



3. 付款后多少天可以收到货呢?
发货以后如无意外马来西亚 西马普货 3-5个工作日到达,敏感货 5-8 个工作日到达,
*如遇天气问题航班延迟,或者海关严查等不可抗力因素,送货日期会有所推迟。


4. 为什么你们给我报的重量和包裹上面显示的重量不一样的?
-若是小包裹,亲需要体积可以在拍下物品时向卖家索要,我司系统不会显示包裹体积
-若小包裹的入库重量跟卖家提供的相差甚大,可以联系客服向仓库人员核对

若亲觉得包裹重量有问题
请收到包裹第一时间先称重拍照,若与系统显示有相差请在第一时间联系客服处理
切记提供清晰称重照与订单详情,若无法提供称重照,将一概不受理会。
若收到的包裹包装有明显拆过的痕迹/破损,请拍照后拒收,联系客服处理。

若是抛重包裹,商业发单上面不会显示体积算出来的重量,只会写实重而已。
比如亲的货品实重2.3KG,发票上也是2.3KG, 但是体积重量是5.6KG, 我们将会收取6KG的空运费用。
*体积重计算法是 (长x宽x高)/6000= 体积重
仓库人员会取实重与体积重作比较,取较大者作为运费计算。




General Guideline

At the registration can be categorized to "submit information" and " activate account" two steps, 2 minutes are only needed to complete the whole process.

  1.  Enter the registration webpage. First and foremost, enter your usual email, this is to activate your account at times.

  2.  Set a password.

  3. Read the terms and conditions carefully, after agreeing to the terms and conditions, click the "submit registration" button.

  4. Complete registration. 

How to generate the shipping orders

After purchasing the products on a China's website. Please proceed to " My orders>Deliver" undergo the submitting of the products. 

1. Enter the description of the products you purchased on China's website in the packages search bar.  After that, your packages will be entered under delivery orders.
2. When filling in the products' information,you have to make sure to fill in the following information.
     ■ * - Required to fill in
     ■ Products name - Must to fill in the name of every products in the packages because will be shown at COMMERCIAL INVOICE.
     ■ Tracking number - Tracking number of every packages are unique.
     ■ Products amount- Please fill in the amount of products in every packages.(*Note:not the amount of packages)。
     ■ Declare the total price(¥)
     ■ Logistics company
  After filling in, choose the wanted items and submit al the information of the packages under your ordering list. The order has been generated, customers may see their orders. The status of the orders are waiting to be delivered. 


3. After submitting delivery at "my order list->products order",then it will entered to the submitted waybill. Customers may choose the method of transportation and extra services. After confirming, the ordering list will be generated. 
  i. The products information will be shown by the system, all must be confirmed then you may proceed to the next step. 
  ii. Fill in and confirm your address that will be receiving the goods. Please select the district. Make sure all the products information are filled in correctly to avoid any m                problems.
        iii. After choosing the district,you will be shown with different method of transport and its charges. Please choose the transport method.
  iv. Next, dear customers may choose any extra services to decrease the weight of the products and to check the goods are in good condition or not. Any special information please noted below. Submit the waybill after the process is complete. 
4. Orders have been successfully generated,the submitted waybill may be shown for the customers. The status of the waybill is under waiting for management.

5.When the status is goods has arrived(All packages are delivered ) , The status of the waybill will changed to to be weighed . At this moment, customers have to wait the goods to be weighed and its weights announced by the workers. 

6. After the goods have been weighed, the waybill will change to to be paid by customers. The goods' weights,shipping fee and total fee will be shown to the customers. If there are no mistakes, click "pay" to make a payment.

7. Before making a payment, the system will show the total price to confirm with the customers. After submitting, the goods will be delivered to your destinations automatically.

8. After successfully made a payment, the status of the waybill will be waiting for delivery.

9. When the status is being delivered, you can trace the location of the package. confirm when the packages have been delivered to you and complete this process. 

订单状态
在途中:商品等待进入AMAZING SINO (KL) SDN BHD仓库。
已到货:商品进入AMAZING SINO (KL) SDN BHD仓库,商品已完成验货.您可以提交运送了喔。 
已邮寄:仓库已经发送包裹去目的地,等待客户收货。
无效订单:商品名称、价格与提交的不一致,商品没货,商品无图片或描述,虚拟商品、违禁商品等,均视为无效订单


运单状态

待处理:商品等待AMAZING SINO (KL) SDN BHD员工处理。
等待称重:商品等待AMAZING SINO (KL) SDN BHD员工称重。
等待付款:运单等待AMAZING SINO (KL) SDN BHD客户付款。
等待发货:商品等待AMAZING SINO (KL) SDN BHD员工发货。  
已邮寄:商品已经邮寄去目的地,等待收货。  
无效运单:对于问题商品,工作人员与会员.

*备注:当商家实际发货情况与会员提交的商品信息不符,比如:数量有误,需要与会员进一步确认才能进入AMAZING SINO (KL) SDN BHD仓库。问题描述等通过客服邮箱(noreply@machiworld.net)提供给我们,客服专员会为您处理并尽快给您答复。

Parcel Shipment Rules & Regulations

必须符合国际航空运输协会(IATA)的规定

空运 网络拒绝接收如下物品:冒牌、液体、粉末状、食品、鲜活、药品、易燃易爆、腐蚀品、光碟、军火武器等国际航空运输协会(IATA)限制的物品。

如果您有冒牌/仿牌货需要空运 - 顾客可以直接联系客服询问详情。如果顾客误报 / 虚报该物品类型 或使用错误货运方式,我司将不承担有关所有的损失费用,请顾客谨慎提供正确资料并使用适当的货运方式。

什么是敏感物品 ?
液体,粉状物,电子产品,电池,名牌,仿牌 都属于 敏感物品 -需要敏感空运
不能普货空运但可以敏感空运的?
空运网络通过走其他管道来进行一些小量的敏感空运 ,不过到了中国重要日子如国庆日/新年 海关就会严查而导致清关和运送缓慢,大部分敏感货有可能无法使用空运但顾客可以选择海运方式运送。

 *Weight Calculation:
If good weight is 1.2kg, we will charge 2kg as air freight fee.
According to air freight calculation, the air freight fee will use either actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is heavier. What is volumetric weight? It's based on height, width and length.

*Sample 1:
Good Actual Weight:1 kg
Good Volumetric Weight:25cm x 20cm x 30cm
volumetric weight = (25 x 20 x 30)/6000
= 2.5 kg

If your goods actual weight is 1.5KG,receipt written 1.5KG, but if volumetric weight is 4.6KG,charges is based on 5KG。
Please beware of this! To avoid any arguement later!

*Why volumetric weight calculation exist~
Firstly, give an example.
Due to air freight is using air plane, the flight storage only contains limited space one.
If most of us send items like toy and plastic items etc, it takes a lot of space. But the real actual weight is actually very light. That's why the air freight company set the rule for volumetric weight calculation.

*1.Air Shipping Items total value less than USD100 @not more than 10KG/order pay tax chance was lower .

*2. Value Declaration: Refer to parcel value filled in RMB amount by the customer,
our system will auto convert to USD.  Estimate Value declaration exchange rate as USD 1.00 = ¥6.2。

*3. Air flight fare here include custom clearance but not include tax. However, it's almost zero percent chances been tax by custom,
if your shipment has been tax, please contact our customer service.

*4.Daigou Risk: If anything happen like damage and lost to your shipment on the way to the destination,we are not responsible for that. Bear in mind while receiving your parcel, make sure your items weight and quantity is correct then only sign on it.

*5.If there is any damage on your parcel,please check on the spot and inform the delivery man;

Or phone us.:+6018-207 7933(Immediately). Once all the info in place, 「AMAZING SINO (KL) SDN BHD」will fight for the customer to ask for compensation of shipping company.

*6.Air Shipment Compensation: If parcel lost or missing, the shipping company will follow your declaration value or the most USD75 as compensation.
The compensation will be 3 times of shipment fee or good declaration value whichever is lowest as basic.

*7.Sea freight Compensation: If parcel lost or missing, the shipping company will follow your declaration value or the most 3 times of your shipping fare as compensation.

*8.Any issues cause by Taobao seller, we are not responsible for that. (Cheat,Color,Quality or Parcel Missing etc)

*8.If seller not honest,parcel missing half way, quality issue, send wrong good, color mistake etc. We are not responsible~

*9.If buyer received the parcel and discover the product is not the right one etc, we will help customer to request the seller to solve it.

*10.For customer who request for perfect and good quality, it's advisable while make order please choose QC service (Extra charge needed) whereby the warehouse staff will help to ensure your product in good quality when arrive in our warehouse.

*11.We would like to make sure customer can enjoy perfect buy for me service.
Make sure you understand the basic risk of buy for me service,for those items condition received by customer, we are not responsible for it. During festival, the shipment will be slow caused by custom clearance delay and big volume of shipment. We are not responsible for the delay.

*12.Parcel status show received but buyer claim that never receive it. Buyer have to trace where is their parel. Please understand that there is a risk in buy for me service, whereby goods might not arrive on time.

*13.Customer need to request seller pack the parcel in suitable way to avoid damage while shipping. Any damage on the goods received by warehouse, our company will not responsible for it but will help to get compensation from seller.

*14.If worry about goods condition, we do provide service like count goods, QC, take photos etc. Please contact customer service:noreply@machiworld.net. If customer complaint that wrong product or product missing or send wrongly. We are not responsible for it.

*15.All the duration provided for Air and Sea shipping here, are not cover public holiday and festival,weather, custom clearance delay etc. We are not responsible for any delay causing loss by customer.

*16.Only for those product out of stock allow to refund, else once sold out non-refundable or exchangeable.

*17.If customer make order and choose our shipping service, it means customer accept all the rules and regulations above.
Bear in mind while using our shipping service, must understand all the flows,rules and consideration then only make order. Please wait patiently for your parcel to arrive. Thank You.

*Shipment Rule !
Normal Goods & Sensitive Goods Differences:
Pirated product, liquid, beauty product, medicine, battery contains product, CD, DVD, powder and adultery products as sensitive goods.

*Air Shipment Prohibited Goods:
Dangerous goods, weapon, animal, currency, alcohol and all the international freight associate banning items.

*Weight Calculation:
If good weight is 1.2kg, we will charge 2kg as air freight fee.

敏感商品是国家违禁出口商品,敏感渠道只是让包裹中转以比较容易出关的运输管道发出,不代表100%可以安全到您手上.
如果遇到海关严查,货物遭到充公/罚款,我司将不承担任何负责或赔偿任何损失。



正常普货是不会被退回的,如果安检退货了那一定是在寄的过程中在普货里掺杂了敏感货,或者是拿敏感货冲普货渠道出了,这样就有2种情况出现。

2. 退货


请参考以下方案;

状况1.被海关充公, 我司将不会负责一切损失

状况2.被退货, 包裹将被退回到仓库,然后待处理。

包裹退回到仓库后,客人将接获客服通知询问是否要进行拆包 检查是否掺杂了敏感货。 如果同意,将会征收 个RM3.2 /个  拆包費。

包裹重出敏感 将会重新征收敏感费用。

基于以下问题偶有发生特制定如下条款,请各位尊贵的顾客在交货前详细阅读,以免日后争议:


A.少货问题整票遗失(运输途中)

列子1: 包裹破损(被拆过的痕迹)

1.包裹的外观,里面的货品照片,重量照片

2.被遗失的货品连接以及淘宝交易载图

3.拍下运单的照片

 4.写下派送人员的名字,身份证号码,电话

*发票上需有货物相应品名,如未申报不予受理
*需要提供的资料(24小时内)逾期不予受理



列子2: 包裹没有破损,重量符合(必须有重量证明)

a) 如果是一个卖家的货品少了一部分,那么是卖家没有发完全部货品,这样客户们要自行跟卖家追究事情的来龙去脉

b) 如果是整个卖家的包裹没有收到,这个可能是仓库发少一个包裹给客户们.

进行补发,我们将依据之前的重量定夺需不需要多给一次运费。

*客户无法给证据证明却一口咬定是仓库漏发,恕我们无法处理,避免出现客户欺诈的行为。

✔️原因可能未被打开的时候,物品因其因素而缺少例如:卖家少送,快递弄丢等等,建议可以选择点算或者照片服务后才选此服务保障货品没有少发才确认发货哦~ *点算或者照片服务有收服务费



卖家的原包装寄出损坏
✔️建议如果是易碎品, 勿选择重新包装更应该通知卖家加固包装~ 以避免运输途中压坏
普货货品整票遗失✔️空运公司将会按照申报价值进行赔偿(max usd75)(RM300)/运费的3倍视哪一个低为准

敏感货
✔️除非有购买保险
*赔偿范围不包括空运费
*赔偿金额是以快递公司最后的赔偿金额为准
*一般敏感货是无法获得赔偿,除非有购买保险。
*所有已经确认的赔偿都需要在一个星期内提供完整资料,逾期将不受理.
*赔偿期限为 90 天审核/处理, 诺是包裹在仓库签收后遗失,在申请赔偿期间找回包裹,赔偿申请即无效。


B.货物掉包

a)掉包产生的一切费用由我司承担或直接按货物申报价值赔偿(max usd75)

b)货物在我司仓库寻找不到,赔偿标准将会是 最高马币100,如顾客不满意此保障,请使用中国到付或提货服务,提高障保包裹遗失。



C.申报不实/违禁品/使用错误方式运输

导至货物全部/部分出口退件/扣件或目的地无法清关/加收费用等问题一律由顾客自行承担;并不退该票运费;

我司会考虑把顾客列入黑名单,当重犯率太高或常犯。



D.延迟发货问题

我司在货运保证期前预先通知,货运抵达第三方延迟与理由,将不负责有关延误问题 [例如:海关问题,航班天气问题]



E.订单修改要求

所有订单在要求特别处理,将会次日得到回复,或更迟视要求而定
所有发货后要求特别处理的订单将不受限延迟发货赔偿规则内

赔偿条款

按发票上申报价值赔偿

(SKYNET, ABX, POSLAJU, LINE CLEAR, GDEX货运货物价值赔偿上限为USD50),

(海运货运货物价值赔偿上限为运费3倍),

并不退还该票全额运费。如无法承担此风险,请自行投保

货物掉包:

由我司原因掉包产生的一切费用由我司承担或直接按货物申报价值赔偿

(SKYNET, ABX, POSLAJU, LINE CLEAR, GDEX货运货物价值赔偿上限为USD50)

(海运货运货物价值赔偿上限为运费3倍),

并退运费,我司有权选择按其中一种方式处理;

如货物在我司仓库寻找不到,并已提供快递签收底单,赔偿标准将会是最高100马币。

 

 

申报不实/违禁品 / 使用错误运输方式:

申报不实或有违禁品导至货物全部/部分出口退件/扣件或目的地无法清关/加收费用等问题一律由

顾客自行承担;并不退该票运费;

 

• 我司会考虑把顾客列入黑名单,当重犯率太高或常犯。

所有申请赔偿的顾客,必须要在申请赔偿的1个星期内提供完整的赔偿资料,逾期将不受理。

所有已经确认的赔偿都需要在一个星期内提供完整资料,否则赔偿将无效。

所有确认赔偿与收到完整赔偿资料后,我司将会在2个星期内做核实回复并赔偿。

如果顾客没有在申请赔偿期间没有提供完整资料,逾期1个星期将不受理。

少货问题:

发票上需有货物相应品名,如未申报不予受理;

请在收件人签收日起48小时内内反馈,

并需在快递员在场下签收备注包裹破损 和 拍照提供我们,逾期不予受理;

我司受理后会询问各个单位货运代理- SKYNET / POSLAJU / LINE CLEAR / ABX / GDEX /中国操作仓库 / 当地

收件人 / 派件人确认是否属实;

如属实则按短少货物的价值赔偿(SKYNET / POSLAJU / LINE CLEAR / ABX / GDEX  货运货物价值赔偿上限为

USD50),(海运货运少收货物价值赔偿上限为运费3倍),并免费2KG内重寄至同一目的地。

由于跨境物流空运/海运/快递会经过多个环节,如有易碎物品请让卖家加强包装结实,因跨境途中如有破损,我司一概不负责。

可以通过网上银行转帐或者汇入银行户口,并把转帐成功的讯息,截图下来,提交给我们或者发电话短信。
